Customer Services & Insight Manager

Salary circa £45,866 per annum

Responsible for leading our new Customer Services hub, and developing our digital customer offer, you will also inspire and motivate our front line managers. You will also be responsible for our 24/7 First Call business, which we’re looking to grow and expand. Leading our customer insight work, ensuring that our own data and customer feedback lead to tangible improvements for customers. The successful candidate will be passionate about customer service with the ability to drive performance improvements.

Working with internal and external stakeholders as well as customers, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Creatively using the resources available to you and bringing knowledge and experience of call centre management, and current insight techniques you will successfully apply these to bring about improvements in service delivery.

Ideally you will have a background in the housing sector however, a proven ability of managing a call centre or customer insight function is essential.
